What are the earrings’ backing made off?

The earrings’ backing is 925 silver or 14k gold. However, we strongly discourage you from showering or exercising with earrings on. Due to its natural properties, clay can be fragile hence please be gentle when handling the products.

What should I do if there are white particles on the earring?

If white particles are found, wash the clay gently with water and dry with a piece of dry tissue.

The earrings’ backing fell off, what should I do?

If the earrings’ backing falls off, usage of polymer clay glue or strong adhesive is sufficient.
